As an ex-MOE English and Literature teacher with more than 9 years of teaching experience, Esther is English Mastery's founder, main curriculum designer and writer.
Her motivation in teaching is to empower her students. When she has the honour to help youths fulfil their full potential in life, she feels the greatest sense of meaning and joy in her work!
Esther holds a BBM with majors in Corporate Communications & Marketing from Singapore Management University (SMU), as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Secondary) with credit from the National Institute of Education (NIE).
Teacher Gayathrii is both an English, General Paper and Literature teacher for over seven years and an independent researcher whose academic interests revolve around empowerment and disempowerment in education.
Her mission is twofold: to help students develop the confidence to confront challenges they face and to encourage them to take pride in the strengths they showcase, both in and out of the classroom.
Gayathrii holds a Masters in Education (MEd) from the University of Adelaide as well as a Bachelors of Psychology (BPsych).
Teacher Kah Ying
A published writer, editor and educator of many years, Kah Ying has extensive English teaching experience, including conducting academic writing workshops for polytechnic students and adults at the tertiary level.
Her ultimate objective is to plant the seeds of love of the English language in her students — specifically in writing and speaking — in order to cultivate their motivation. She strongly believes that students will begin to excel in their work if they are motivated by the desire to improve in their command of the language.
Kah Ying holds a BA, majoring in English Literature, from the University of New England, and a Liberal Arts degree, from Antioch University, Los Angeles.
Isaac has been teaching since 2014. An ex-MOE teacher, he has a passion for teaching English grammar for he believes that a strong command of English grammar is the key to unlocking confidence in students' speaking and writing skills.
He loves to spend his time designing frameworks that can help students understand key concepts in an efficient manner.
Isaac has a Bachelors of Arts and Social Sciences in History (NUS), a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (NIE) and a CELTA English teaching qualification from Cambridge University, United Kingdom.
